Order Confirmation

Customers will receive an order confirmation via email on all submitted orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the order for accuracy and report any discrepancies in product, quantity, shipping information, etc.


Back Orders

It is our goal to ship all orders complete. If an item is back-ordered it will be shipped when available or canceled per customer’s request.


Returns Policy

All sales are final and not eligible for return. We encourage our customers to view all descriptions, measurements, and photos, or Contact Us with any questions before purchasing.


Truck Ship 

Items that are marked as truck ship and will be shipped via freight carrier directly to you from the manufacturer and will be delivered curbside to keep shipping costs as low as possible. 

The freight carrier will have their own processing and delivery times. They will contact you to schedule your curbside delivery once the item reaches your local area, so please give us good contact information where you can be reached when placing an order. Most carriers will schedule freight deliveries Monday through Friday from 9-5.

Items that ship freight will require that someone be available to sign for the delivery who can inspect the freight for damage before signing. It is your responsibility to inspect all packages to make sure everything is in good condition before signing and accepting the delivery.

Please make sure that any furniture or oversized items you order will fit through any doors, elevators, or stairways at your location. Delivery fees, both ways, are non-refundable should items not fit.

For cancellations, any freight orders that have already started processing by the manufacturer after you place the order will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

For freight returns (other than damage), the customer will be responsible for the return freight cost plus a 20% restock fee.


Returns Policy

All sales that are not shipped by a freight carrier are final and not eligible for return. We encourage our customers to view all descriptions, measurements, and photos, or Contact Us with any questions before purchasing.

Defective/Damaged Items

Because most merchandise is handcrafted, there will be some variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects. Defective items are items that do not function properly the way they are intended.  

We work very hard to package your items with care, but sometimes unfortunately, issues still occur during transit. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return within 24hrs of receiving the item. We will email you a return authorization with instructions for returning the damaged/defective merchandise.

*If your package appears to have been damaged in transit, please take pictures of damaged outer packaging and the damage product as pictures will be needed to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Also remember to save all packaging material. For freight deliveries, please inspect your items before signing delivery slip to ensure there has been no damage. Please note: returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

(Furniture) Damages and Claims

It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly inspect shipments and report any damages and/or discrepancies within 2 business days of receipt. Any visible freight damage to item, boxes or pallets must be noted on the delivery receipt. Any concealed damage (not factory flaw) noted with opening the shipment must be reported directly to the carrier as well as to Twisted Farmhouse.

The telephone number for the carrier can be found on the delivery receipt. We will schedule a truck for pick-up on acceptable returns. The product must be returned in the original packaging. Damaged product must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt. Digital photographs will be required in most cases to process claims. Failure to comply with damage/discrepancy claims procedures could result in a denied claim.

Returns not due to damages or defects are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as freight both ways.
